We’re a small but mighty women-owned and operated marketing agency, but every single one of us brings a unique mix of creativity, smarts, and enough caffeine to power a small Starbucks for a year. Here at ESS, we’re all about collaboration, big ideas, and having fun while we build brands that shine. From content queens to design divas, our team is made of talented women who know how to make your business stand out in all the best ways. Keeli Boyce
Co-founder of ESS alongside Sarah, and is a Maryville resident of 25 years. With a business management degree from Maryville College and a background in HR within the consumer packaged goods industry, Keeli’s focus on building a strong team and creating an efficient work environment is invaluable to ESS’s growth. She’s passionate about the people side of business and loves seeing the team flourish as ESS continues to support clients’ success.
Sarah Calkin
Originally from Knoxville, Sarah moved to Maryville nearly 17 years ago after getting married. She discovered her passion for marketing while attending Carson-Newman University, and in 2016, she co-founded ESS with Keeli. Sarah is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with clients, and her background in sales and marketing is the perfect foundation for helping businesses achieve their marketing goals. With a commitment to fostering connections, Sarah’s vision for ESS drives everything she does.
Kalley Dietz
Though originally from North Georgia, Kalley lived in Maryville for six years before relocating to Marietta, Georgia. As Creative Director, Kalley leads our talented creative team with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. She ensures all our work meets the high standards of ESS while fostering a collaborative, close-knit atmosphere where creativity thrives. When she's not at work, Kalley enjoys making memories with her family and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
Robi Long
A Blount County native, Robi loves the work-life balance that ESS fosters, especially as a woman-owned business. She thrives in the supportive, family-like environment, where collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. As a Project Manager, Robi keeps everything on track, ensuring projects stay organized and are completed on time. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her little family and exploring new places, as well as getting a good workout whenever she can!
Emily Webb
Originally from Georgia, Emily has called Maryville home since 2006. As ESS’s Visual Content Creator, Emily brings her artistic eye to the team, creating captivating visuals that elevate our clients’ brands. She loves the creative, women-led environment at ESS, where she can express herself through photography and design. In her downtime, Emily enjoys picking up new hobbies and getting lost in a good book.
Mandy Sitzlar
Born and raised in Maryville, Mandy is all about connecting with local businesses and helping them succeed. As our Community Engagement Coordinator, she builds relationships in Blount County, ensuring ESS’s reach extends throughout the local community. A busy mom of three boys, Mandy also enjoys outdoor activities like biking, camping, and traveling with her family. Her heart is firmly planted in supporting women-owned businesses and the local community.
Savannah Haygood
Currently living in LaGrange, GA, Savannah has been with ESS for 2.5 years. After graduating from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Public Relations, Savannah found her passion for writing and helping businesses tell their stories. Her favorite part of ESS is the opportunity to collaborate with amazing women and work with diverse businesses. In her free time, Savannah loves to coach CrossFit, spend time with her sweet family, and enjoy the outdoors with her dogs.
Ashley Shepherd
With 16 years of experience in Pigeon Forge, Ashley is passionate about helping businesses grow in a way that’s unique and tailored to their needs. She loves how ESS focuses on customizing services to truly help businesses thrive. When she’s not busy managing projects for our client with 17 offices, Ashley can be found working up a sweat on her Peloton or hitting the treadmill. Her dedication to her client is as strong as her love for fitness!
Alison Gallagher
Alison has spent over 20 years in Maryville and loves the creative freedom her role at ESS offers. As our Creative Art Designer, Alison takes vague ideas and brings them to life with stunning designs that truly capture our clients’ vision. When she’s not creating, Alison embraces her inner gamer and plays Fortnite! It’s that playful spirit that makes her such a joy to work with.
Mollie Carden
Originally from Nashville, TN, Mollie now calls Townsend her home. She holds a degree in early childhood studies from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and has a passion for serving others and creating solutions that help achieve both company and client goals. Mollie is thrilled to contribute her skills and dedication to ESS’s success as part of the team.
Knecia Radford
A Blount County native, Knecia has been with ESS for two years. With a background in administration support in the medical industry, Knecia focuses on client payables, ensuring efficient and timely processing. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help keep everything running smoothly, supporting the team and providing excellent service to ESS clients.
